the location of the hotel is good. views around are fine. i could sit there all day and night doing nothing. ultra all inclusive service is perfect. housekeeping is daily.

my room had a leak in the bathroom and the smell of sewage was awful. family noticed the smell when entering. there is not enough sunbeds or space. it's a fight every morning for a sunbed.

I enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant with my children. We then swam in the pool. The staff cared for my autistic son well and were pretty good for him. They changed the towels and sheets when I missed the cleaning staff.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait. The air conditioning was not working in the room. A technician came after 20 minutes. The TV was old with not enough channels.
